Quick anti-ageing chia seed puddings

We have been lucky enough to have author Andi Lew of ‘Eat Fat, Be Lean’ supply us with a super quick anti-ageing chia seed pudding recipe which includes ProPlenish Marine Collagen. The puddings are quick to make and great to have in the fridge for an afternoon snack or evening dessert. 1/2 cup of chia seeds
2 sachets of Proplenish
1 & 1/2 cups of cashew or almond milk (or regular milk if you so choose)
1/4 cup berries
1 tbs of cacao
Stevia to taste
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla powder
Pinch of salt


Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir. You will need to allow it to absorb the liquid – the chia will take on a glutenous consistency (even though they are gluten free). Divide into bowls or containers and store in the fridge or eat right away.
