Collect your empty ProPlenish sachets. Ensure the number of sachets matches the quantity criteria and they are clean and dry.
180 sachets = 500 VIP Reward Points
360 sachets = 1000 VIP Reward Points
540 sachets = 1500 VIP Reward Points
720 sachets = 2000 VIP Reward Points

Print the reply-paid label you receive via email and attach it to your package.
Send Back Your Sachets
Drop off your package at your nearest Australia Post location. Return shipping is on us!

Once we receive your sachets, we’ll credit your ProPlenish account with VIP Reward Points based on the number of sachets returned. Your points will appear in your ProPlenish account within 2 weeks.
