DELIVERY DURING COVID-19
Please note additional sanitation measures have been implemented with our pick and pack for the health and safety of customers and staff alike. Australia Post has advised that during this period of COVID-19 they are experiencing some delays in their network due to an increase in parcel deliveries and flight restrictions. Read the latest update from Australia Post here In addition, in an effort to minimise risk to everyone, all parcels – be it at a post office or at a residence – Australia Post will no longer require a signature for delivery or collection.
DELIVERY DURING PROMOTIONAL PERIODS

You will receive an email once your parcel has been dispatched which will include an Australia Post tracking number so you can keep an eye on your parcels progress. If you have not received your tracking information please feel free to contact us and we can provide it for you.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE
All parcels require a signature upon delivery unless you request the Australia Post Safe Drop option via their website. You’ll receive an email from Australia Post asking if you’d like to use Safe Drop for your delivery, along with instructions. You can read more on the Australia Post website here
Please note using the Australia Post Safe Drop option allowing your parcel to be left unattended (ie. doorstep or letterbox) without signature for proof of delivery is done so at your own risk and will be left at the discretion of Australia Post. ProPlenish does not take any responsibility for missing parcels when the Safe Drop option is requested.

International shipping costs are charged at $15.00 for 1 cart item, $5.00 for every additional item.
