1 1/2 cups of rolled oats
1 cup natural peanut butter
1/4 cup of maple syrup
2 serves of ProPlenish marine collagen Original
2 tablespoons of chocolate chips
1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
1 tablespoon of shredded coconut
In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, natural peanut butter, maple syrup, ProPlenish marine collagen, chocolate chips, cocoa powder, and shredded coconut. Stir until all the oats are thoroughly coated and the mixture is well combined.
Scoop out a golf ball-sized portion of the mixture and roll it between your palms to form a smooth ball. Repeat until all the mixture is used up, placing each ball on a baking paper-lined tray.
Once all the balls are formed, place the tray in the fridge to allow the balls to set. This helps them hold their shape and develop their flavours.
