Vanilla berry raw cheesecake jars

These Vanilla and Berry raw cheesecake jars containing our new advanced formula ProPlenish Marine Collagen + are just  the treat to get you glowing.

Ingredients

Filling one
2 cups soaked cashews (for at least 2 hours)
½ cup lemon juice
½ cup coconut oil
½ cup rice malt syrup
scrapings of 1 vanilla bean
1 tbs pure maple syrup
2 sachets of ProPlenish Marine Collagen +

Filling two
½ cup berries, your choice
1 tsp rice malt syrup
extra berries, to serve
Granola, to serve

Method

Place all filling one ingredients in a high quality blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour half the filling into the jars and place in the freezer to set for half an hour. Add the remaining filling two ingredients to your leftover filling one. Blend well. Remove the jars from the freezer and add the filling two mixture on top of the vanilla that should have set. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving. Best left overnight.

Prep + chill time: 3 hours. Serves 3
