Anti ageing juice

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 cups of coconut water
1 handful spinich
2 sachets of ProPlenish Marine Collagen
3-4 stalks of celery
1 apple, cored and chopped
1 pear, cored and chopped
1 banana
1 kiwi fruit
Squeeze of lemon juice

METHOD

1. Add coconut water, spinich and 2 sachets of ProPlenish Marine Collagen to blender. Blend at low speed until smooth
2. Add celery, apple, pear, banana and kiwi fruit along with a squeeze of lemon and blen at high speed.
3. Serve and enjoy!
