Service Details
All international orders are sent via Australia Post International Express with tracking. Delivery times vary between countries and we cannot guarantee arrival within a specific timeframe. Parcels are handed over to your local postal service upon arrival in your country, such as USPS or Royal Mail.
A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped. You can track your parcel on the Australia Post website, and once the parcel reaches your country you can enter the same tracking number on your local postal website for the most accurate updates.
Duties, Taxes and Customs
International parcels are shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid) unless stated otherwise. All customs duties, taxes or handling fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
In some cases the courier may pay these fees in advance to speed clearance, and you may be required to pay them before receiving your parcel. Fees are determined by the inbound country and we are unable to estimate them.
Shipments may be subject to random customs checks. ProPlenish is not responsible for any additional charges applied on arrival.
Important Information for USA Customers
Recent changes to United States customs regulations mean that all imported goods, including low-value shipments that were previously exempt, are now subject to duties, taxes and customs inspections.
For all USA orders, ProPlenish includes duties in the shipping fee, and Australia Post facilitates the customs clearance process to help ensure faster processing. However, additional duties, taxes or clearance charges may still be applied by US Customs, and these are outside our control and the responsibility of the purchaser.
