How many sachets/scoops should I take per day?

For best results we recommend for the first 4-6 weeks to take 2-3 sachets/scoops per day to increase your collagen levels. Following that you can choose to reduce your serves to 1-2 sachet/scoop per day if you wish. You can also choose to take 1 sachet/scoop per day from the onset however results may take longer to be seen.
